Kiwi International Hotel

A nice budget hotel located in Auckland city centre. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Cleanliness is well maintained, but the rooms are a bit small.

Being a tourist, i stayed in hotels in rotorua, wellington, queenstown, christchurch. Among all those i really liked kiwi international hotel as it’s cheap, and since room is not shared, we will get good privacy. Location is perfect for tourists. Clean toilets, shower, room.

The hotel has terrible service. Sometimes they did not replace the linens, sometimes they did not replace cutlery, and i had to repeatedly remind them to clean properly. Moreover, the hotel has no facilities for eating: no plates, no spoons, forks nothing. All they have are disposable spoons.

Excellent location and connectivity. Good staff. Nice rooms as per budget. Overall a good experience.

I had a very Pleasant and Comfortable stay, very Convenient Location, in the Heart of City centre, with exceptionally Good and Helpful Front Desk and Housekeeping staff, will definitely recommend to my Friends and Colleagues back Home 👍💯

Rooms are not warm, they are cold, heater doesn’t work in the room. Very small rooms and they charge guests for parking separately as well. I have traveled many countries but never got charge separately for guest parking. Normally all hotel guest receive free car parking for their vehicles. Also yesterday we saw one man bleeding (his forehead) and sitting in the reception area. My wife shocked seeing this.

It was excellent to stay in kiwi international hotel. I feel so embarrassing to stay there. I view various things there. And the rooms are at the peak. I love to stay there. Thankuu.

Bad service and response no one can reply my mails no makes my trip and kiwi international hotel. My plan has been cancel-led so refund me my money but there is no response by hotel and make my trip also.

This is an old Hotel in Auckland CBD that's mostly well maintained. Inside the rooms, everything is near new and very clean. The elevator is old and shaky. But worked most of the time. We ate one night in their restaurant. It was well prepared and priced similar to local restaurants. Uber eats also delivered us a meal. There was a guest laundry. There was no common kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location, clean rooms. Easy access from Airport, sky bus stops right in front of the Hotel

Shady room and place. Not clean and no free parking. Location was nice though

I have stayed in Kiwi International hotel earlier too. It's always a pleasure to come back. Prompt check-in. Smiling staff. Great location. Clean, small rooms but comfortable. Can't complain as the hotel is located in the prime place. Overall good experience as always.
