JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport

When we checked in the room was not cleaned, house keeping for still pending, they asked us to wait for more 2 hours. It was very unpleasant & not so comfortable stay.

The place was as i expected. Location is near airport. Good airport shuttle pick drop service. It is every half hour till night after that also available on call. Staff is very nice and helpful. Big restaurant with nice breakfast layout.

Friendly staff, airport shuttle, decent size rooms but far from city. Would spend 50 dollars to go to the city. Tour operators won't come to this hotel. However, value for money.

We stayed overnight in between flights and had free Airport pickup and drop from the Hotel. The staff was helpful and provided good hospitality.

Pathetic hotel. Not recommended.

Very closely located near the airport and the complimentary airport pick up and drop facility makes it the hand down, best place to stay in Auckland.

Nice Hotel with free parking near Airport

Good food, nicely arranged rooms, pick up and drop to Airport facility any no. Of times, very good staff

Apart from comfort of the hotel, the best service 8s the shuttle, very friendly staff and accommodating, proximity to Auckland airport and if you are checking slightly late you won't get anything in and around, room service has limited menu

Jet park hotel is at good location considering the proximity to the airport. Hospitality at the hotel is good as the managers talk nicely explaining everything. But the facilities provided in the room are very basic with no toaster or microwave. So, I would not recommend this hotel at the price we booked as there are other options available.
