businessThe location is far from main city of rotterdam. The hotel doesn't have any eating joints nearby and in room dining options are limited. You can rely on uber eats. The rooms are ok and the air con in the room is not very effective especially on a hot day. Staff is polite and helps out. There is a small gym but very basic amenities. The wifi in my room was terrible with frequent disconnects and low speeds. If you are traveling for couple of days and need a budget room for sleeping only, it's worth taking a chance.

familyGood place for those who drive in and need a free parking lot. Otherwise getting to and fro the hotel is a bit tedious with 10 minute walks to get to the tram stops. Hotel was clean but rooms were small, which means that having a third person in the room would leave very little remaining space. I've stayed at Novotels that are far more upscale than this property. This one has a very motel feel to it.
