Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark

Hotel was modern with a nice design. The rooms were spacious and i had a good view from the 17th floor. The staff at reception and even housekeeping were polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great - i liked the selection of food and juices. In terms of improvement areas - 1) it would have been nice to have a live eggs counter at breakfast, 2) dinner options could have been more extensive i felt with longer hours (10pm shutdown) and 3) there could have been some options for lunch / room service at least.

Everything is good, hotel is so clean accomodation and all facilities are good.

I had a 7 night stay. The staff were not so friendly. The service was very poor. The room lights were not working and despite a complaint at 12.00 noon and again at 6.00 pm it was not done and I spent a night without lights. The following day it took two more complaints to rectify. The carpet in the room was worn out and dirty. On the whole, I will not recommend Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark to anyone.

Food in the restaurant is very monotonous. I see exactly same menu always and it is boring. I had visited this hotel in Aug with family and even then we had exactly same menu and food to be offered. I am scheduled to shortly come back to the same hotel and would like to see some change in the menu and vegetarian food options it would offer.
