Udaan hmc property is mentioned as a five star property but its not upto the mark of five star property. The room was average there were no mirrors in the room no proper toiletries in the washroom no working phones. It was worst property and i will never recommend any body to stay in this property. My money is a completely wasted

While we entered it was good. Firstly we were allotted all king bed rooms but all about far from each other as we were having 4 rooms. So the receptionist said it will take around 20 mins to provide all adjacent king sized bed rooms. We agreed to it and asked him to do so while we return from nearby market area. After arriving after 3 hours we found all twin beds were allotted to us. This was really disgusting. How anyone with child can accommodate on those twin beds with some having 1 or 2 children's. This was very bad from there side. Also we were having the bookings for all king sized double bed rooms.
