Cheap place to stay in Puerto Vallarta

The hotel is located like a 5 minute walk away from Malecon and beach. There are some cheap restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was small, but had a balcony and was clean. The hotel offers no private parking, but I could park my car on the street close to hotel. All over its a cheap, but kind of ran down place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.
