Place is nice and clean, for the price. Rooms were basic. Staff is courteous few could speak english and were helpful. The property is actually not beach front but near the beach. Window a/c is noisy and not very effective. There are no exhaust in the bathroom, which makes sharing a bit uncomfortable. Tea coffee maker had to be requested for.
