The staff isn’t courteous enough, the room was given after making me wait for good 45 minutes and i was checking in the evening not even before their check in time. The staff had told a lie that they had only one last room left, wherein after i had booked, i could see 3 more rooms being picked up at the reception itself. The room was ok. However, didn’t look like properly made up as i could see wrinkles on the next bed
