Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis (Airport Hotel)

The hotel staff and the restaurant was nice but the room was very very small there wasn't even space to open my trolly bag completely and the electrical sockets were on the opposite side of the bed with nothing bellow them to put things on.

Room was extremely small. not enough for atleast 2 people. Shuttle bus to the main Tune Hotel was once in every two hours which wasn’t flexible enough.

Property and maintenance is Good at the budget . It's far from Terminal 2 , Located near cargo and terminam 1. When I was booking it's shown another location And landed in other . The good part is shuttle bus from Tune terminal 2 to terminal 1.

It was nice location with garden restaurant and good food..capachino coffee was very nice 👍 staff was so good and helpful.. evening was go smoothly because of tune hotel.. everything was good whenever I get chance I go to this hotel and also suggest to everyone.. thankyou 🙏👍

hotel is very far from airport just misleading that thay provide free shuttle from airport no shuttle from airport ..also hotel is not clean

It is incorrectly mentioned on app that hotel is just around 4 km from the airport. In actual it’s 19 km. Room was very small, below expectations.

Its ok to stay for few hours ideally the room doesn’t have much space. They have great shuttle service so if you want to catch flight early in the morning then this hotel is ok

The room was a small box where you can even move properly you need to open one door you need to close another and adjust accordingly and they still charge so much for that tiny room with no amenities or nothing.

The hotel was good but the distance from the airport is far away. And there is no cab for town

I found through make my trip app, and food with services also good. Yesterday i drink beer is also good and staff behaviour is also good in restorent and hotel.

they have small cozy rooms, close to the airport, perfect for people who are just on a layover or have significant amount of time to kill, fresh up and off to the airport. Staff is friendly and they have shuffles every two hours to KLIA2. That was helpful for me.

Value for money, but location is far away from both airports. Free shuttle bus service is there, but you have to wait for a long time.

Very small room to sleep plus air conditioned is not that good

Reception staff is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent but room facilities are poor. There was no dust bin in my room. Even wash basin tap wasn't working. No phone is provided in the room so you can't contact housekeeping or ant other staff from room. Air con was extremely cold and control buttons was not working too.

Shuttle bus free from airport and good location nearby airport book thru makemytrip get good rate

I stay one night, the room is very very small, the reception staffs are excellent, good service, in the mrg they offer coffee and tea near the reception counter. Can be stay for short duration those who need immediate air port transfers. Free shuttle service available from klia 2 to hotel

Excellent customer view, hospitality, clearness, staff behavior and services. Very good food facilities for non vegitarian.
