Property is located in a good proximity to the city but poorly maintained and can be improved. The carpet have to cleaned up

Location is good. But I felt that I paid much more than the property's worth

The rooms was not so well, the air circulation in common passage was damp and no air ventilation maintained. It was just close to station otherwise nothing special about the hotel.

It was an average stay, and the room they had provided didn't have proper cooling. Their buffett was really disappointing. They had only a few items in the breakfast buffet that, too, was not great. I am now wondering if it is really managed by compass hospitality. they are just ruining their brand

The property was easily accessible. Food was delicious and all the other amenities and services were quite good.

The location was accesible. But it did not have a car parking. Had to park in different hotel and walk with luggage. Plus the room size is too small. Suitable for hostellers but not a business hotel. Good location for indians with few temples nearby. Okay?

Very busy area and no need to alarm in your watch bcz traffic sounds wake-up you every 10 minutes reception staff behaviour very polite and friendly but by mistake they give my room key to another guest for checkin and they entered in my room when i slept.

Very close to immigration office and jb sentral bus station. Small size room but cosy and clean don't book room with breakfast bcz too many better options available for indian out side.

The place is clean, location is good lots of restaurants and retail shops are around.

I have checked out the hotel within hour. Everything thing inside of room was not working either faulty. Or unhygienic (some stains)

This hotel is very good for business travel because just nearby immigration, transport, shopping, near india food hindu temple and many more good stay and all.

I love stay at this hotel. I have good experience in this hotel.

Reception too slow always takes more then 15 minutes. We went at 12:30 and allowed to check in after 2:30. So expecting early check-in allowed but at the end room was not available at 2 Pm which spoil my whole schedule. Booked 3 times and 3rd time experience was worst. So no more citrus any time.
