I had a great experience at the Berjaya Waterfront Hotel. All basic amenities are in working condition and well maintained. The rooms were pretty clean. Staff was quite friendly. Moreover Berjaya Waterfront Hotel has just at its adjacent number of pubs and bars. It's sided by a river too. The overall ambiance is really cosy and relaxing. I give this property a 4 star rating.

Walking distance from the ferry station, lot of restaurants around, rooms are small but tidy only breakfast is not up to the mark there is a room to improve. All the Berjaya Waterfront Hotel staff are excellent and helpful they provided a kettle moment we asked for it and was a great help for us. Check in/out was smooth.
