Very nice property. Big room with vintage style interior and nice balcony view facing the mountains. Hotel has library, kid zone, laundry area, massage chair etc. Everything was pretty clean and well managed. Nice staff. Limited veg breakfast options but they would make one for you if you let them know in advance.

The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the nearest market place area. It has a peaceful and quite environment. The breakfast spread was good. Being a heritage property you have to pay additional 10 rm and 3 rm for local tax which would be collected at the time of check in. Nearby curry leaf restaurant provides indian food. It was a great stay. Thank you.

Best location, great room with view, good interiors. 10 min walk from the bus station to the hotel.

Our family liked the entire property and our stay over at heritage hotel. The staffs were friendly and guided us so well.

The property was very old and not maintained at all. I left one day earlier than i had planned to stay

The hotel is very beautiful till the time you check in. The staff aren't pretty friendly. Firstly we were given a room which had two separate beds. I told them that we want a single bed to which the staff told be that single bed is an upgrade and i will have to pay my r 80 extra. This was pretty strange. There were no towels in the room and it took around an hour for someone to deliver the towels. Next day in the morning, there was a power cut and the hotel had no back up power supply. The toilets were pitch dark with only one emergency light. To sum it all, not a very pleasant experience. Problems in the hotel is not something i would like to solve on a holiday !

Located at Tanah Rata very near to bus terminal, this seems to be a very good property. Cleanliness well maintained and Hotel staff was too much cooperative. Breakfast options were also good. Overall nice stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Hotel rooms were clean and the view from Hotel room is amazing.

Good stay, near bus stand, good location

Good location . Ordered room service, but the order was handed over at room door. No tray set up or table set up and the server did not even enter the room. Some menu in room service not available as well . No items in mini bar . Next day for breakfast no chapathi or rotti chanai.

The good location near the Tanah Rata market and bus stand. Good views of the hills at least from the upper floors. Front facing rooms are good, the rear facing ones to be avoided. Good range for buffet breakfast. The bad A la carte meals selection not very good with limited choice. Had to eat out every time. The hotel is on a hill so one has to climb a bit from the market area, around 500 meters. Hotel should have provided some shuttle bus service at least considering this inconvenience. Taxis are very few and you need to walk to the market to get one if lucky. Best for people who have personal transportation.
