breakfast food was just an average. location is nice. near to the city. nice view. facilities are poor. small amount of water is coming through the shower. drain system is poor. first time iam seeing a arrogant staff in reception (phil lady). but all other staffs were good .

Ramada that forgot to smile

My recent stay at ramada downtown kuwait did not meet the basic expectations i had from ramada hotel. 1) the staff in general seem to have forgotten the basic point in guest service is to smile and greet! especially those at reception, 2) in room dining service person etc appear cold and serious! 3) the room is much smaller than what it showed in the pictures in booking site. The shower area is incredibly small and one keeps knocking on the sides while taking the shower. 4) the in room dining menu is unimaginative and expensive!
