I recently stayed at City Tower Hotel in Kuwait from 14th to 16th February and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is quite convenient, situated near Kuwait City’s major attractions and business hubs. It was easy to access shopping areas and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the reception were courteous and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options, including both local and international dishes. The quality of the food was decent, and the restaurant staff were attentive. I also tried the in-room dining service, and the food was delivered promptly and tasted fresh. The hotel features a well-equipped gym and an indoor swimming pool, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the pool area could have been better maintained. Service throughout my stay was generally good, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. However, there were slight delays in room service during peak hours. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience at City Tower Hotel was positive, and I would consider staying here again for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and reasonable pricing.

Hotel was very old, housekeeping is bad, break fast is one of the worst, look and feel of the restaurant in 22nd floor is bad. Bed is not comfortable, this is one of the bad hotels you would come across.
