City Tower Hotel

I recently stayed at City Tower Hotel in Kuwait from 14th to 16th February and had a pleasant experience overall. The City Tower Hotel’s location is quite convenient, situated near Kuwait City’s major attractions and business hubs. It was easy to access shopping areas and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the reception were courteous and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options, including both local and international dishes. The quality of the food was decent, and the restaurant staff were attentive. I also tried the in-room dining service, and the food was delivered promptly and tasted fresh. The City Tower Hotel features a well-equipped gym and an indoor swimming pool, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the pool area could have been better maintained. Service throughout my stay was generally good, with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. However, there were slight delays in room service during peak hours. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience at City Tower Hotel was positive, and I would consider staying here again for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and reasonable pricing.

Good place in the main area of Kuwait City. Adorable place as well as superb compared to other City Tower Hotels in the vicinity!

Property was good but electricity plugs was not under ground. Staff was good and helping.

It is located in heart of Kuwait and located near 7 Indian restaurant and 15 km from airport.

Decent property, nice service, smiling faces! Good breakfast spread. All in all...good stay..keep it up!
