Bathroom is too small and Bath toweps were not kept properly bathroom is not that need rooms were very small

The stay was average, unlike other Ibis hotels I have stayed in in India. My stay was for three nights and two days. The mattress was not changed daily, the towels provided were torn, and the room freshener was too strong. The buffet breakfast—I ordered parathas—was tasteless, and the buffet spread was rather bland. The sockets were not compatible with my laptop and mobile chargers' adapters; on request, they refused to provide a converter or a suitable charger. That was disappointing because being Indian I din knew this would be the situation.

Positives: location staff cleanliness needs improvement: breakfast menu is a repeat everyday. Indian items need to be upto the mark. It's no where close to the indian taste and quality.

I got a sea view room which was got but the room size is small however it is value for money property in kuwait. Customer service was excellent, and the staff was courteous in welcoming. However, bathroom amenities like kits etc you need to call and ask for it, else it is not kept in the room. Overall good stay, clean room, good customer service and breakfast had limited good options

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very co operative and the breakfast was with vast options and was very nice. 5 out 5. 5 star service.

The hotel is placed in a beautiful Salmiya area and rooms are really good. The staff is very friendly and courteous and I really felt happy to stay at ibis Kuwait Salmiya.

Hotel service is good though I have to remind for making the beds. The ambiance is good. Rooms are well kept though they are small. The location is near sea and the malls are located nearby for shopping. The restaurant is very good and the service is excellent.
