Pros - the staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. Room size was bigger than average room size in tokyo. The breakfast was great (which is a rarity in my experience in tokyo business The Royal Park Canvas - Ginza 8s) and delicious! location was centrally located. Cons - the design style especially for rooms was black/grey paint, which for me was little depressing. But this is more personal preference.
