The location of the hotel is excellent with a tube station at a distance of 300 mtrs. The rooms are nice but a tad small and can be a little more modern. The view from the room is good., can spot Mount Fuji.

**Prince Shinagawa Hotel Tokyo - 4/5 Stars** I recently stayed at the Prince Shinagawa Hotel for four nights and had an overall excellent experience. **Cleanliness:** Top class. The hotel maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout. The room was spotless upon arrival and housekeeping maintained this high standard throughout my stay. **Room Quality:** While the rooms are on the smaller side (typical for Tokyo), they are thoughtfully designed to be functional and comfortable. Everything you need is there, and the space is used efficiently. I had no issues with comfort during my four-night stay. **Location & Transportation:** One of the hotel's strongest points is its proximity to Shinagawa Station - just 400 metres from the hotel entrance. This makes accessing the JR railway lines incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo and beyond. The short walk means you're well-connected without the hassle of long commutes. **Shopping Options:** The area offers excellent variety. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby for daily essentials, luxury brand shopping for high-end purchases, and plenty of Japan souvenir shopping options - perfect for picking up gifts and mementos. **Dining:** The food scene around the hotel is impressively diverse. You'll find numerous dining options including grill restaurants, Chinese, Korean, French, and Indian cuisine, among others. Whether you're craving local Japanese fare or international flavors, you're well covered. **Overall:** I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was great. A major plus is the 7 eleven in the basement of the hotel. The public transport connectivity is also great

Very good location as to the proximity of the station very nearby . Has all the convenience stores nearby . An Indian restaurant near by . It is crowded most of the time as it is very huge and lot of tourists Check in. The rooms are good not very big though .

Good place to stay.Decent rooms . Very good location right across Shinagawa Railway station - 4 minute walk. Very friendly staff. Restaurant is very crowded, so it is better to choose no breakfast option. 7 eleven store within premises, Many restaurants and shops within premises.

Its a well located property but given its huge size it is very impersonal. Breakfast spread is great but between 6 and 8 the queue can be 100 persons long.

extremely small rooms for 3 persons and no water vending machine as other japanese hotels. and over priced as per what rooms they offer. not suggestable

Tiny rooms (it's Tokyo after all!), massive property, right next to Shinagawa station, super breakfast spread, multiple restaurants inside, next to shopping mall and many eateries, and have a multi-day luggage storage facility. Overall, a nice stay!

Location of the property was near to station, ambience and room was good. Courteous staff, well spread breakfast.

Bad very bad service is very bad long ques every where no in room service rooms are very small even there is no proper place for keep a suitcase

we stayed for a 6 night at shinagawa n tower . the rooms were very small and they had no more available when requested for an upgrade and the breakfast was also mediocre. following this we also stayed 2 nights at the main block the rooms were bigger amd breakfast Better. would say a standard hotel but would not go back again . the pricing is very reasonable.

The property location, food, amenities and services are excellent. I could catch all local trains, shinkansen and narita express train by 5 minutes walk from hotel along with luggage. Check in and check out are ultra smooth and takes 2 minutes. Ushers are there to help in check in and check out also. Great value for money.

Check in and check out was so easy and friendly. Room was clean. Very centrally located and value for money. Houses keeping and hotel staffs were very helping and courteous. Highly recommended 👍. Thanks

I stayed many times in this hotel. So i know more than 30 years. But day by day the price is higher

We stayed at the main tower …. The rooms are decent size , especially when compared to the other hotels in Japan. The bathroom has a tub. The connectivity to the Shinagawa station is priceless !!!!

The hotel location is bang opposite shinagawa railway station. It has a 7 eleven and other souvenir shopping places in the same premises. Self check in and check out were the highlight. Facilities like coin laundry, gym and good restaurants makes it a great choice.
