Excellent location but average stay

1. Location is excellent. 2. The rooms are very very small. 3. We booked stay with breakfast and were disappointed to receive Starbucks vouchers as a replacement for breakfast. 4. Overall the location makes up for everything else.

The location was amazing. Close to Daimon on Asakusa and Oedo lines, so Shibuya and Shinjuku were just 20min away and Damon is on Tokyo Airport line so getting from Airport too was easy. The rooms could have been slightly bigger in size but similar to most Tokyo hotels.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the Richmond Hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from both the subway and monorail, with Tokyo Tower also within easy reach. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit to Tokyo.
