The property is very close to osaki station which is well connected directly to Shinjuku and shibuyu district which are the most visited places in tokyo. The property is well maintained and rooms are recently spacious also. Room service can be better

Very good location with close proximity to JR and Metro stations. Indian restaurant Ahilya nearby is a positive point. Room was comfortable though we did not get one in a non smoking floor. Temperature control in the room was not effective. Staff was cordial just as anywhere in Japan.
