We stayed here for 11 days. Though room was small, but it was well equipped with all the facilities. Room was well maintained ND clean. Service was really good. Very polite staff.
Room was too small, no covered wardrobes, the clothes were hanging outside making the room more congested.

It was excellent. Good room with standard facilities. Great breakfast choice especially for non-Japanese. Very close to Shinjuku station. Fast check-in and checkout process. Value for money. Very comfortable for short stay for international travellers.

The ibis Tokyo Shinjuku is walkable distance from Shinjuku Station, please remember to take the west exit from the station. Rooms are clean and they don't provide water bottle, but you can find water dispenser near to lift. Overall it is good.

Friendly efficient service, excellent location and good breakfast. Cleaning in the bathroom could be better. The exhaust vents were very dirty and I cleaned them my self. Rest was fine. The corner rooms are best as they have a little more space.
