Located close to the ikkebukoro station - although we didn't use the local train during our stay.

Was on a family holiday with kids. Convenient location (however the lanes are narrow. Convenience store located right opposite. The famous donki discount store is also very close by. The room itself is nice and spacious. The washing machine was a great addition. The attached balcony can be used as a drying area.
