My husband and I had a comfortable stay the property. The Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo is old, so the rooms have a bit of an old school Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo feel, but they clean everyday, there are microwaves, washing machines, water and ice machines on a few floors that can be used by guests. The staff is lovely and very helpful. There is a Lawson and 7/11 below the property. Overall totally worth it! Thank you!

Our stay was good and comfortable. Hotel location is very good and is very convenient for moving around. We did not try and food at the Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo. Room is small for two people to stay and move around. Facilities are good. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Nice location and spacious rooms. The Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo was nice. The Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo has massage chairs to relax and offering tea and coffee all the time

Excellent hospitality, soft spoken staff and a very good receptionists ,, and very centerlly located, any time you want anything staff is available, breakfast is very nice ,, will be stay next time,,,
