Excellent Stay

The stay at the hotel was a most memorable one. Hats off to the japanese people's integrity and especially so of the hotel staff. In the urgency of checking out I forgot a Golden necklace and noticed only this morning just before leaving for India, at Narita. I called up the Hakone hotel and they were so helpful and confirmed their finding the item. They will send the same to my friends house in Japan. Overall most happy unforgettable trip.
