Excellent service and Excellent location, on the banks of a flowing river, with a nice hot water private onsen in the balcony. Great staff always ready to help, and the pick up service from Gora station was really appreciable and the shuttle to Odawara. Would definitely recommend as No1 Hotel in Hakone.
