Both the nights they made us shift the room at 4 am in the morning as the AC was not working. We complained about it not working at 2 am and they said we are working on it to fix it, did nothing for 2 hours and finally after much shouting agreed to give us another room to sleep. They should have changed the room in the first place after the first night as they knew there was a problem. We were with 2 kids and both the times were had to wake them in the middle of the night change the room where in one of the nights we had to change the wing. Horrible experience and a waste of my vacation.
