We requested for an early check in by calling in advance and the request was met was politely wherein they said they will try for 2pm vs regular check in at 3pm. However, the lady on the desk was extremely cold and curt and was not interested in the fact that we had called in advance. She was very rude to tell us what the check in time was- which we were well aware of. Since we were travelling with our 6 year old and after a long flight- all we expected was that she would try to get our room ready earlier. But her attitude was absolutely obnoxious- not expected from someone at the front desk of a reputed hotel
