Guests appreciate the fantastic location of this property, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Hotel is a big disappointment
Contrary to images available on the net, hotel is a big disappointment. No central heating, no network availability. We had gone in the month of February and the room was very cold. They have mentioned that free wifi is available but that is not free. To get access to wifi in your room, you have to pay for it. Also free wifi available only at the reception was also not working. A big disappointment in my visit to Venice.
