Staff was friendly and considerate. Location is excellent, very close to railway station and ferry wharf. The room we got was quite big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was alright, not too bad but they have limited options. All in all it is good value for money.

Very close to the station/barely 3 minutes walk. Beautiful rooms and ambiance. Considering building's history, understandable that there is no elevator. Hotel staff however helps to carry the luggage. More hot options in breakfast could perhaps be given.

Fantastic stay, Amazing helpful staff, great breakfast. nothing negative if I recall. the Hotel Abbazia is in a short side lane opp the grand canal bridge at the Train station. 5 minute to station. they have a small garden too. Highly recommended.
