Tribe Milano Malpensa

Tribe Milano Malpensa is part of Accor Hotels and locations is so amazingly close to the airport like in a blink you are at the terminal and rooms size is good enough for the stay with fresh air and 24hr gym

I had an overnight stay at the hotel and it was an overall pleasant experience. Rooms and facilities are good. Didn’t try the food, so won’t comment. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only thing which was not mentioned while booking or even during email was the fact that we need to contact the hotel prior to landing to book the shuttle to the hotel (it’s 5 mins driving time but it’s not possible to walk to the hotel without breaking laws. One way trip costs euro 5, so that needs to be factored. The contact numbers on mm t are incorrect.

Too expensive and situated at a location where no mode of transportation is available except taking their shuttle service which is chargeable.

Very nice quiet modern hotel, spacious bathroom and room, great bed, clean, good breakfast, shuttle service (5€). Design is very modern and useful. Coffee machine in room. Soundproof windows. Although it is around 700m from the airport do not try to walk it. It is impossible as you cross highways, just use the shuttle service

No internet for 3 days. Normal connectivity also was poor, resulting in almost zero communication with rest of the world. Check in (manual entry) was very slow. Hand written bill was given after dinner, which cannot be claimed for reimbursement. Moreover the staff members were not at all apologetic about the issues. They were very rude to be frank.

The hotel’s ambience and rooms are really good but only book this hotel if you are looking to fly in and out of Malpensa t1 because Milan city is too far away. Although its 300 metres from T1 but you gotta pay 5 euros for the hotel shuttle everytime and there seems no way you can walk it up either.
