Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport

Overall was nice , good pick up service from airport , though they charge for it, rooms are clean and adequate for business travelers

its a good hotel for short stay near to hotel i stayed for 1 night for transit and it's good plave to stay brakefast also opend at 5am and its was good and also have free and paid shuttle service to t1 and t2 over all good place to stay

Was fr8 experience of hospitality, cooperation, humble staff behaviour. Their clock room helped me a lot. Good food. Overall it was very gut.

The stay was very comfortable and the hotel is extremely favorable if you want to stay a night before your flight next morning. The hotel comes with 24/7 shuttle service to take you to the airport at very reasonable prices. They also start serving breakfast from 5 am in the morning so you can always have something to eat before catching an early flight.

The hotel provided free airport pick up. The front desk staff were courteous. Especially Fabien was very helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. Great value for the amount paid. I will stay in this hotel again in June.

Location-very close to airport. Room- decent for only a night stay. Food- very few options. Shuttle bus is available for airport transfer every 45 minutes. Uber cab is hard to get for such short trip.

I stayed here for a night as the hotel is near to airport. Difficlt to find locations, no sign board on main street. You can get here by shuttle bus running between T1 and T2 (free service), get down at case Novue stop. Breakfast was good, room size was small, no fridge no bar, basic furniture, Good for transit.

Very close to Airport, species room, well bath room facilities, variety of food, good quality, species dining hall, well arranged good service and well behaved staff. A good shuttle service to Airport on payment.

This is a good choice at the given tarrif. Remember they have airport shuttle, bus every 45 mins, starting 1st bus at 4:35.

Food not available, which was available was frozen items not fresh and they were not cooked well, and we had to take it ourselves to the room it gets difficult when there are many items to carry. And then open the door as well ourselves with the heavy tray half the food spilled. No other facility like indoor games or swimming as holiday inn comes out be a renowned name but had a very different experience. In fact we traveled the whole Europe lived in an expensive and inexpensive hotels they were still better to my knowledge. Service was slow as well in fact our room light went off suddenly as the main switch tripped but that person didn't come to acknowledge our concern not until close to half and hour. Less staff at reception plus we were carrying huge luggage no one came to help us or even attend us we had to keep standing in the queue for long with the heavy luggage to even speak to the reception and to add to it again carry it to the room after a long day journey, will never visit again that's for sure.

When I was staying the breakfast was really super, location is very good and service is super.
I liked very much this hotel because the location is very calm.
