Excellent location - good hote....
This place is very convenient since is very closed to main attraction starting from Trevi’s fountain (3 min walk) and is relatively a safe area of Rome as there is always police.
Room are decently sized and have convenient bathroom. The place doesn’t have a lift, but only 3 floors of stairs. One great thing for me is that, since there isn’t a room for breakfast in the hotel, they bring it directly to your room, which has a table and two chairs. I found this actually very pleasant so could relax at my breakfast without the feeling of a rush sometimes in other places.
Price I believe were within the range, of the season, however I consider them still high.
Staff very professional and helpful in case of need.

Hotel is very well placed for the main shopping areas and attractions of Rome. Most are an easy walk. The Trevi Fountain is a 5 minute walk with other places like the Forum about a 20 minute walk. Our room was fine but the bathroom let it down. It had paint peeling from the ceiling and some of the floor tiles were cracked. Breakfast was plentiful and was brought to your room at a time you specify. Staff are nice, especially one of the men on Reception. He was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again as location is everything in Rome. We loved Rome and will definitely go again but watch out for all the locals trying to flog you everything from roses, bits of string round the wrist, selfie sticks, umbrellas, rain coats etc They are en masse around the big attractions and keep coming up to you to engage you in conversation to try and get you to buy their crap from them. It is never ending but just ignore them and don't stop walking. They try and shake your hand and ask where you are from etc but don't stop and talk unless you want to buy their stuff from them. When they come up to you and try to put the rose in your hand, don't touch it, just say no and walk off. Don't let them start tying string round your wrist either, nothing is free no matter how friendly they seem, they always ask you for money. We watched it happen time and time again so be aware. The Gladiators also ask you for cash even when you take the pic of them with your own camera. Recommend letting the hotel arrange transfer to the airport. Lovely car with friendly driver.

Location & Cleaningness
When we first arrived I was hesitant as we were in the annex building in an alley and the decor was not of a luxury hotel but to my surprise it was perfect. Extremely extremely clean, the best bed I slept in throughout my entire trip at other luxury hotels. The breakfast was a lot, on time and as described and the location is amazingggggggg! We were a few steps from the Trevi Fountain meaning we would visit it several times during the day and night to avoid crowds and take amazing midnight selfies at the fountain. It was safe for us to walk around for food late nights. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Most importantly the staff was amazing. Tiger at the front desk was nice, helpful, funny and did everything possible to make our stay memorable. They even reserved a private driver for us in a Mercedes to the airport. There’s restaurants and souvenir shops right outside your door practically. Again thank you Tiger and staff.

Besides the wonderful staff and amazing breakfast the location is ideal! A couple block stroll to Trevi fountain takes you past wine bars, fresh fruit, gelato, and lovely shops. A few blocks to the metro and the best of Rome is a stop or two away.
