Only the cleanliness and food is good. Only the basic necessities available. No room service. No luggage service. Nothing.

Excellent location and near by central station.

Wouldn't recommend for family stay

Its Worth staying in Hotel. Rooms are lovely and the location is very near to metro Station. For couples it's the best Hotel

It was pleasant stay. Travel desk helped to book Vatican City tour with skip the line and hotel pick up option. Even though it was costlier than the normal price of the visit, but felt it is worth by looking at the big line. It is next to Rome Termeni central railway station, convenient for either using the metro or airport transportation with Leonardo Express or buses or any inter city Trenitalia travel.

This is just an example of how dirty the Radisson Blu Hotel in Rome was. It's near Roma Termini but is very unsafe. We got mobbed in front of the hotel and there was no security at the Hotel Radisson being a 5 star was the worst experience ever. Let me point out everything:1) No security. 2) Very dirty standard room. 3) The pool was chargeable. For the very first time in Radisson, there was actually a charge for the pool. 4) I had spilled some coffee on the bedsheet so I had asked the reception to change my cover( also the one-touch service button wasn't working). I had to walk down to ask for the same and when they came and gave the bedsheet, my mom asked the room service guy to help put the bedsheet. He said he doesn't understand English and threw the bedsheet on the desk. 5) It was my mom's birthday on 22nd and I had asked them if they could help me get a small pastry. An old man at the reception was so rude and did not even help me out. He said it's not possible and just walked away. 6) The rooms were pathetic. Dark and dingy. I was literally mobbed right in front of the hotel from a cab driver and there was no one to help me from the hotel. No security. Worst experience ever.

I really regret to inform you that I had a horrible stay at this Hotel. This was never ever a Radisson experience at all. 1st day we checked in to room, it seem not up-to the mark. The AC was making lot of noise and literally disturbed that particular night's sleep. Plus, the bed too was very uncomfortable and making noise. The shower too wasn't good enough. We complained to reception staff, and she did not express any regrets against our inconvenience and she straight away denied giving us another room, just because they were too busy and Hotel was completely booked for that particular day. Next day we again request for room change and there was another guy who told us that he is giving an upgrade with better room. Then we changed and moved to room, and it turned up to exactly the same as and only difference was the view. This room was even more pathetic than the earlier one. AC suddenly stopped functioning properly at the middle of the night. Same type of bed and even worst shower out in the room. I then asked her to call duty manager. It was too blunt and were left with no choice at all. Overall it was pathetic and horrible experience.

Disappointed in the amenities. We were there for 2 nights and were not able to get the room heating working. The second night the Hotel did not even send a technician to look into the problem. If this were to happen in India, then someone would have lost his job! Bathrooms are open with shower and tub area completely open and visible from the rest of the room. Appalling and unacceptable in our culture. The socket for the kettle was at floor level and we had to place the kettle on the floor to use it. The bed squeaked, and every time someone shifted position, the others would get disturbed. The toilet/bathroom area was also partly separated by a glass partition, and it would flood the room with light and noise if anybody wanted to use it in the middle of the night. The building is also an eyesore, the only plus point is proximity to the main railway Station, Roma termini, but there are dozens of other hotels in this location. Very very few options for vegetarians. The breakfast was mainly cold foods. Not something we are used to. And if you are fed up of bread, cheese and corn flakes, then god help you. No ironing board was provided in the room. There is one common room where you are supposed to go for ironing. 2 numbers complementary half liter water bottles are available on my on the day of arrival. After that you need to purchase your own. We were there for 2 nights. Overall a very uncomfortable stay and a waste of good money. Not recommended if you are used to the level of Indian hotels hospitality and comfort and definitely not suitable for families with children.

This is not even 1 star hotel. Don't look at the name and fall in trap. Shower design is so terrible that you can't take bath. Its literally attached to bed. If you are going with children then it's not good.

Hotel staff is arrogant. There were no one who came to receive the luggage when we entered hotel. Never ever will visit this again.

The radisson hotel in Rome is a nice hotel near termini station and has a really nice location. Although the shower is a little weird, the room itself is pretty decent. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of facilities so it’s better to just stay there to explore Rome!

Wonderful experience with hotel and make my trip. I love this app and enjoy a lot of luxury touch in hotel. In my next visit I choose again and will enjoy. That s wonderful experience. I remember this business trip and want come again. Thanks

The rooms are tiny. You cannot feel 5star facilities anywhere at all. The staff is lethargic. Room service is not available. Even after requesting the reception for a good room for our honeymoon, we got the room facing the train station with loud train noises all night.
