Not a good place to stay

coupleLet's start with getting to the room, we took a taxi from roma termini and reached the place. Once we reached, we were unable to reach the owner of the apartment. We tried calling the person, but somehow, it wasn't getting connected. Then, after some time, someone passed by from the building and told us to message the person, post that he message he is coming. Now, coming to the room, it is a 3bhk apartment, and we have provided 1 room with an attached washroom. The room is too small and compact, i wasn't able to open all my luggage because of space constraints. Bed makes sound when you move a little on it. You can hear the noise from the adjacent room. Lift was also like the room too small. 2 people with luggage can't take a life and move. Last day we had to leave early so we requested if we could get the taxi early in the morning. They arranged the taxi and after reaching the station we were charged double the amount. Mistake from our end is that we thought the taxi would go by meter, but it didn't. The taxi driver said the bnb charging you and bnb is saying is the taxi company. Sadly, but we had to pay the amount
