Basic, but okay
I planned a last minute trip to Rome, and this hotel was in an ideal location that is why I booked it. Upon arrival, there is no real sign that tells you where to go so it’s very misleading!
The elevator in the main building does not work, so brace yourself for stairs. Check in was no issue and quick. The wifi is not free and is €5 for 3 days. I was there for 4 days, so luckily the guy behind the desk gave me an extra day for free. To go to your room you have to go back out of the building and walk down the road about 100metres to where your apartment block is, and buzz in. First impression of the room was it was clean, smelled nice. The bed was not very comfortable, I woke many times during the night because of that. The room lacked plugs sockets, i only managed to find one. The TV did not work at all.. I reported it and nothing was done about it. The room was cold, and then it would suddenly get really warm and the air conditioning didn’t work so I couldn’t really resolve it. The maid service was on point, can’t really fault it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, it was okay and I got what I paid for.

Good value for the money but o....
Low price, good location, even though not in full city centre; with plenty of buses, close to nice restaurants. Room was a bit oldish but comfortable bed. Nice staff! No aircon but I went in winter so I didn’t mind. Nice cappuccino and croissant in the morning!

We had a booking for 4 nights and the night that we had arrived they told us there is not enought bedrooms and they sent us to other hostel. And the day after we came back to the original hostel but the problem just started because 2 nights we were sleeping in a bed fulled of mites and mi brother and I had our body complete of bites.

Avoid staying here. We stayed here for a wedding for 3 nights, the room was dirty with toe nails on top of the bedding, hair on the floor, a used toothbrush in the room. The safe didn't work in our room but in a friends it did work until it broke and all our possessions were locked in and we were told to wait till the next day for any help. The ceiling was leaking, the carpet soaking wet; it had clearly been like this for a long time as the manager simply said it's from the air conditioner. There was a horrible smell and the cleaners were smoking in the hall, there was loud music playing throughout the night. The room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, there was no iron as it's 'forbidden'. There wasn't always hot water, most of the time the shower was freezing and then a burst of boiling water in both our rooms. Terrible hotel, would never recommend this place.

Location is okay
The room had a terrible odor. No a/c in the room, I had to insist to get it turn on. The phone in the room didn't connect with reception so I had to keep going back there which by the way was in another building. The tv didn't work either and there was too much noise coming from outside or from the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Don't ask tourist information at the front desk cause they will sent you somewhere else like the termini to ask. You have to pay for wifi per day, which I think is crazy at this point. I won't stay there again.
