Beautiful property at the center of romeo but average experience

The Fauno Urban Resort is located right in the center of romeo but completely isolated and safe. Once inside the gate of property, you feel completely safe and serene. You wouldn't believe that such a serene atmosphere exist in the heart of rome. However, everything inside feels so sleepy. Valentine who checked us in was good but otherwise the general approach was sleepy and disinterested. Even though they mention they have a restaurant at the property, that is only functional for breakfast. There is no room service and the restaurant doesn't serve lunch or dinner. Also, they charge you for even the small water bottle in the room. The breakfast spread also could improve. These flaws apart, safety was the highlight and i enjoyed my stay.
