Disappointing hotel: Avoid

soloI had a booking for two days. When I checked in, I was told that there was an upgrade given to junior suite. The suite was terrible. Everything on the ground floor and there was one dingy bed on up floor without washroom. Absolutely no network connectivity. Staff was non-cooperative. Requested to change the room to an ordinary one. Finally, within two hours of check-in, I went to another hotel and did not go back. They even charged me without authorization. Avoid this hotel.
