Best Western Hotel Plaza

Hotel is good but location is terrible. Neighbourhood better to avoid ! Food is good. Room is good.

at a walkable distance from naples garibaldi station. quite in the centre but quiet and without any noise due to the excellent double glazed doors which open on the busy square.we were offered a complimentary breakfast for the entire stay of 3 nights because of the ongoing renovation work of the reception area even though it hardly disturbed us.the staff both at reception and restaurant was courteous. I highly recommend the hotel for a peaceful stay

Hotel best western, naples is situated close to the napoli centrale railway station. Room size, particularly for a triple sharing accomodation is modest. However, with the neat & tidyness it is welcoming. Provision of the tea-coffee tray in the room helps relaxing. The breakfast spread is very good and helpful to start a busy tourist day. We enjoyed our stay here.

The ac were not cooling when complained nothing was done about it had sleepless night

Best western plaza stay at Napeks was a pleasant stay. I stayed for 3 nights. Good points are staff speaks English very well, they were pleasant, helpful and prompt. Breakfast was good, room cleaning services are good. And beat part is very near to Napoli central station .. You can easily reach in 5 min by walk and can avoid paying hefty taxi charges. Overall good experience.

Good hotel. Area is dirty and looks unsafe but it is not. Good location to visit Pompeii and Sorrento. Great food options nearby. Excellent croissants at breakfast. Nice terrace to have a relaxed breakfast.
