Beyond my expectations - great location

Choose this UNA Hotels Galles Milano as it is at walkable distance from central station and also there's a metro m5 right infront of it, but, omg, our 7 night stay here proved that this is one of the best UNA Hotels Galles Milano for the price they offer. Coming from india, the reception were very kind to speak in english (which is very rare here) and accommodated all our requests like arranging a packed lunch at 6 am when we left for a day trip to venice and giving lemon water on arrival. Room service is also great, they cleaned the room every day and replaced the sheets and towels. Breakfast is also good, but we hoped that they had better display of dishes having pork, beef in them. That's it? nah, i saved the best for the last - the -1 floor. It had a swimming pool and hot sauna, both of which are complimentary for everyone. I just used to go there after waking up and after returning back in the evening. Gym also looked well equipped, although i didn't use. Being in the central area, it's easy for us (group of 9) to find the perfect indian/italian/chinese/fast-foods all in the vicinity depending on our tastes. Pro-tip: there's a bike-mi parking slot in front of UNA Hotels Galles Milano. So, i took a one week pass worth 9 euros and have roamed the city on bicycles for the whole week. Duomo is just 10 minute ride from UNA Hotels Galles Milano.

We had a nice stay, service by your staff was very good - Margaretta was extremely helpful and answered our questions, would like to send our compliments to the chef, the breakfast was always good. Our only concerns were that the room always had a bad smell and we were disappointing to know that the UNA Hotels Galles Milano doesn't have air conditioning switched on starting from September, it would have been better if we were informed while booking. Overall, the service and food were very good.
