The location of the The Unique is just perfect. The room is very pretty and spacious. Staff is very helpful. Hotel doesn’t have any lobby or any amenities. Hotel is located at a floor in the building with some 4/5 rooms probably ( not sure with the count. During the checkin we faced an issue as we had to wait below the building because the building door was locked. We had not received any communication via make my trip or The Unique regarding the code to be used. After trying for 15-20 mins we left the message at the toll free number. Lady at the reception immediately came down and helped us with the checkin. We had asked for a help to store our luggage for 24 hours as we were going for a 1 night trip to lake como and then we had a flight same day. Hotel was so helpful that the agreed to store the luggage for more than 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to everyone if looking for a smaller stay.
