Not fancy but decent value
We stayed here in January for two nights. I booked it in a bit of a rush because it had good reviews on Booking.com, was pretty cheap and close to a metro stop. However when I saw the mainly bad reviews on this website, I started to panic, but my boyfriend and I decided that as long as it was clean and quiet, it wouldn't matter as we were visiting Milan for the first time for the weekend and would be literally only be there to sleep/shower.
It's about a 10min walk from the metro which was handy. The room was really big, warm and had TONS of storage, there was literally one whole wall of wardrobes and shelves. The bed was two single beds pushed together, relatively comfy and the sheets seemed clean. There were a few marks on the walls and curtains that looked bad but it wasn't a major issue for us. The toilet smelled a bit when we arrived, but after a few flushes it was fine. The bathroom seemed relatively clean though. The door for the room was triple locked which seemed a bit excessive but made us feel our belongings were secure while we weren't there. The staff weren't overly friendly but not impolite either.
As I mentioned, we were just over for the weekend to see Milan, so we were out and about all day and only back late at night, so we didn't experience any of the noise of trains that other people seem to mention here.
Overall it was fine, it was cheap so we hadn't high expectations and weren't disappointed. If you are super picky and want to stay in some place luxurious, this is not the place for you.

Don't do it.
Our room was old and shabby. No tea or coffee for the facilities provided.. The bathroom was clean but that was about the only positive. We went to reception twice to complain about our duvet, it was full of holes and covered in stains, and we were offered no help or refund. Do not stay here!!

Don’t give them a penny
This place is dirty as hell! With sticky floors and an horrible smell. The blankets are full of holes and you cannot be sure they changed the linen before you arrived. The staff is not even surprised when you ask a refund or ask for new linen.
The pillows have had better days and the oven hasn’t seen a cleaning product in ages.
We were bitten by bedbugs and the smell gave us an headache.
On top of that you will know the train timetables by heart!
If you don’t close your door at night you might have someone entering your room!
Finally you will hear everything your neighbors are doing
To sum up even if it is cheap, it doesn’t worth the price! Stay away!!

Worst hotel. Very dirty and filthy. Located in shady place. Staff lady is very rude and not helpful at all. We decided to lose 200 Euro instead of staying in such terrible room. Do not fall for this. Also, heating is bad and the whole building is cold. Train noise is very loud.

Keep in mind the price ... kee....
So basically that’s what you have to do: always remember it’s cheap, one of the cheapest places you can find in Milan, and not bad located. Keep it in mind when you notice your curtains and your bed cover are stained. Keep it in mind when you hear the train at night from your room. Keep it in mind when you notice your bath furniture is utter crap.
