Disclaimer: I stayed here with my friend in September 2015. It's a bit too late to review, but I have this still in my travel Journal so why not post it here to help other Travelers.
We took a train from Firenze SMN (Florence) Station to Milan Station. About 1 hour 40 minutes train ride nonstop. When we got off the train it was quite confusing to look for the Metro sign. You find orange M sign and follow the signs. Look for a convenient store to buy train ticket. Look for yellow M3 sign. Get off at Porta Romana. From Porta Romana walk to hotel is about 12 minutes. Room is clean, which is important for us. Bathroom not so much. Thre is wifi available. Not sure if I would stay here again if I ever go back to Milan.
This is a budget friendly hotel. I would recommend going to Spa called QC Termemilano. I believe that was the hightlight of our stay in Milan. It's about 15 minute walk from hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We received a small and not comfortable room at the first night. My husband went to the reception to ask if there is something to do as we are on our Honeymoon and I’m pregnant. At the reception they told us they will check and soon after she told us that we can receive on the next night deluxe room. My husband asked how much it will cost and she told him that it will be free of charge. But surprisingly at the check out we were requested to pay extra cost of 50 eur! We told that no one mentioned paying that amount so we can decide if we want to pay more. The only thing that they wanted to do is a discount.... apparently there are no free presents, and sure it’s not a nice ending for our Honeymoon...

Nice quiet place!
This was a great place to call home for a couple days while in Milan. Was walking distance to the Cathedral and for those further away sites there is a metro stop not to far away. The staff was really helpful and recommended some great dinner options in the canal district, which was about 15 minutes away on foot. The room was large and we requested a private bath, which was across the hall. Was perfect for what we needed and was inexpensive. I would definitely recommend this place for travelers.

Considering the Hotel Category....
Let's first remember that this is officially rated a one-star hotel. Considering that, it is truly outstanding. Impeccably clean, functional and very friendly staff at the front desk. They speak English very well, no issues communicating. (Cannot always be expected at these types of hotels!). The rooms are small but well-lit, some with a balcony or terrace. Small beds, and, yes, I will admit that I've had better beds, but again, remember where you are. Small bathrooms but very clean. Overall I'd go back if I'm looking to spend less than 100 Euros in a city where a four or five star hotel can set you back 300+ Euros. I came during a very busy period where most other hotels were priced over 250 Euros, which I felt wasn't worth the price for what I'm getting.

Really good hotel
It is a really good hotel in Milan. I’ve been there a couple of times and I recommend.
Pros: super close to the city center, it’s clean, comfotable, there are many restaurants close by and the staff is really helpful.
