Very disappointed Santika penalising

We are not new customer in Santika But this time we are not happy at all Always wash basin blocking water And shower not well smelly floors and rooms Many times complained to reception people but no one car ring breakfast very worst and not continuing to stay in Santika penalising Hotel worst management not quality of service and hotel like before Anyway not happy at all Anyway good bye to Santika.
