I had booked an executive room, but I did not find that room quite well equipped for the tag of executive. There was an issue during initial stage where I did not get the key card. The key card was arranged a bit late because there was an issue with the system. The Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur was very crowded as there were multiple events in the Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur. The breakfast space was always crowded at any given point of time. I used the gym, but the AC was somehow not working. I found the swimming pool good. It takes a lot of time to go to the 20th floor. At two instances - I tap the lift for 20th floor, but in between somehow, the lift went down after reaching a floor, so my overall rating for this Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur is average. For service - I would rate it as good service. For amenities - I will rate this as quite average.

Nice and clean rooms. Good swimming pool and gym. Wifi speed is great. Staff is polite and helpful. Good restro options to eat.
