Right next to Tunjungan Plaza but the room service and the understanding English can be a little cranky. They upgraded us to the superior when the Wi-Fi for our side of floor wasn't working. Blue Bird taxis are available 24 hrs outside the hotel.

They made me wait for a couple of hours despite having confirmed voucher and asked me to call the booking agent ( MMT for follow up, room was clean and quite acceptable but the staff that handled situation was an asshole.
