The staff was very friendly And service was great. Really enjoyed staying in the Villa.

This hotel have all basic amenities with very nice staff. Located at good market location and 30 min away from airport. Room was good and clean. Not found children play area. Gym and spa facilities not working due to construction. Nice pool and food. It's great experience.

Location good Service always with smile Food OK, turns boring after few days Negatives hospitality from management ea. Go. You are being reminded that you have to leave tomorrow before 12 PM as if the one who has booked a room doesn't know he/she has to catch a flight or check-out as per his/her booking, it seemed rude to me to ask your guest to pack your bags and get out before 12 noon as your time is over.
View wasn't good. Room size and extra bedding was awesome. Only one power point and for that too one has to carry an adapter.

Nothing much everything was great food and peaceful stay. Stayed in standard room. For deluxe rooms have pool access all the time. I thank all the staff. For pleasant and peaceful stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in regular room. in pool villas. Pool villas and the rooms facing the main pool are just brilliant. Staff is very friendly and great hospitality. Loved the food too. Quite reasonable n very tasty. The main highlight is the pool here which us like a water body along the main courtyard n rooms and the location with proximity to all the happening places n airport in Bali. Would love to come stay here again kudos to the team here for maintaining such high standards.

Air conditioning was not effective. There were cobwebs on top of the bed.

This was our first time in Bali and we stayed in Kuta lagoon, it had everything we could ask for. Location is appropriate for first timers as it is close to market and you get everything nearby. The food was OK and the facility has been maintained appropriately .

The staff at reception don't know how to communicate with customers. Hotel have weird policies. They charge extra 2% for card payment. In entire Bali I have made payment through card but no one charged me extra. Even they take IDR 5, 00, 000 as deposit which ia a new thing. I stayed in seminiyak hotel neither they charged me extra for extra payment nor they took any deposit amount. I didn't like the attitude of staff.

Value for money resort ... Friendly and helpful staff ... Cleanliness. Private villas gives complete privacy. Food is nice ... Quick service. Nicely kept. Only one thing is need to give little big bottle of minrel water as complementary

The location is good it's very near to the sky garden discotheque. Also one can get so many shops to buys different stuff. The rooms were a bit small. But the highlight is the swimming pool area which is very well designed and one will enjoy taking a dip in it.

Hotel was easy to reach from the main city street and the pools was well maintained and nice to stay with loved ones in the pool access room hospitality was very bad staff in the reception was not really cared on the customers rooms was not clean and would suggest not to stay in this property for couples.

Kuta lagoon resort is a good place to stay especially if you are looking for indian menu to be served. Not much vegetarian delicacy but if you like non vegetarian indian menu this is a good place. Place is neat and all the crew are very helpful.

Stayed at Lagoon Resort for four nights. Booked a standard room with breakfast at great price. Had some inhibitions for the standard room, but was amazed with how spacious and clean the room was. Breakfast has lot of options. They also have an Indian menu for lunch/dinner, but Indian food was just OK. Location wise, its right in middle of Kuta buzz, with beach just 10 min walk away. All in all, had a great stay, and shall surely stay here if I visit Bali again.
