Hotel was not okay , not much options in breakfast for vegetarian . Room have seepage marks . Jacuzzi was not clean had moss in outlets.

The pool, service, staff and most importantly the food was very good. Clean bathrooms and easy to commute. Worth the stay for sure if u r visiting sanur

Property is located at prime location. At a walking distance from beach and at the same time very near to the shopping market. Food was good with some good vegetarian options. Although in breakfast there were not many options for vegetarians. Room service is good. For water, please carry empty water bottles with you. Each floor has a water dispenser using which you can fill the water bottles. It has a marvelous pool

Swiss belresort impresses with its extensive breakfast buffet. While the rooms are average, our stay was elevated by the enjoyable jacuzzi-equipped rooms. Thank you

Good location, nice breakfast and good service

Hotel is good value for money. Lobby and pool area is good. Breakfast was just perfect. Rooms were little smelly but eventually it got better. Sanur is another good option to stay in bali though reasonably slow in compare to other places. Overall may stay again.

Very crowded average hotel. We had a grand jacuzzi room and that was the only special facility. The food at the restaurant was good and the breakfast was good too. Feels like a lagoon hotel with water everywhere on the ground floor. The staff was supportive and courteous including the trainees. Beach was 10 minute walk. They gave us a beach club coupon but the beach was really dirty that we just came back to our jacuzzi!
