Novotel Bali Benoa

Property is split in 2 pieces and devided by a public road between these 2 pieces.. Food is good, rooms could have been more better…

It was ok. Rooms are ok no complaint as such. Nice location. Just that we had been provided the farthest room in spite of similar rooms available in nearer buildings. They could provide things like moisturizer etc in the washroom which are essential

The property is located at a very nice peaceful location. It serves Very good breakfast and provides many other facilities.

It was an overall good stay but the rooms could have been better. Although the hotel was new, the rooms looked old. The rooms were bigger as compared to other hotels and the balcony was nice as well. Service was good. Access to the beach was great.

I had a great stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. It had an amazing beach, great views and lavish rooms. The service was also wonderful.

Very good rooms and cleaned on a regular basis with a nice sitout balcony. Nice infinity pool with ocean view. Excellent spread of scrumptious breakfast. Location also outside the hub hence quieter and more serene. Good choice of local bars and restaurants with good food options. Highly recommended for people who want to live in tranquility specially for couples who wants solitude

They have two sections separated by a road. Beach area is on reception side. Our room was on other side of the road. Decent room with balcony. They are high on sustainability. So, glass water bottles are provided. You can self re-fill from water dispensers installed on each floor. Along with beach, location is good for water sports, spa shops and restaurants (good indian restaurants in 2 km.

Very bad hotel there are mosquitoes nd spiders are everywhere it was very horrible

I have selected novotel based on my india experience but i felt quality is not up to the mark in bali. The room cleaning was very casual. They don’t have any indian food and good tea. As they already know there are frequent tourists from india and they need to add these things for the indian tourist. There is another hotel nxt to novotel they had vey good indian restro and services also look premium. I have to take wise decision in my next international trip if thing won’t improve from novotel.

Very poor. Bad rooms with lizards and cockroaches in the room. Stinking washroom. That are very very small.

Novotel bali benoa is located in a very beautiful beach in nusa dua. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation as it has all the amenities you can ask for. The staffs are very courteous and helpful.
