Bakung Ubud Resort and Villa

My stay at Bakung Villa was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The villa's blend of modern comforts with traditional charm created the perfect getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every moment feel special. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the lush gardens, or simply relaxing in the cozy, well-appointed room, everything was designed for ultimate relaxation.

The service from the staff was commendable. But this place needs lot of maintenance. No elevators even to the third floor. The air conditioning in the rooms are located in a far off place from the bed making you sweat at night. Decent food. Not at all a 3 star rated accommodation.

Very bad rooms and service, terrible and smelly rooms. Not even worth 0.5 stars. The doors of the rooms didn’t close.

No staff at the hotel its very risky not save for family and its like a hunted hotel and many family are feeling terrible not recommended at all and there is even not a water bottle also

Property is at so good location and have all best-est facilities with a very very very good cooperative staff.

Terrible food and facilities. It looked like a haunted house that has never been taken care of. A lot of mosquitoes, bugs, ants, and termites made it even worse to spend night there and get some sleep. Doors were broken, the bathroom was stinking, and the paint was peeling off from the wall. It was the worst hotel room i've ever stayed in.

Hotel was good however served breakfast isn’t good. You can find piece in this hotel with lovely swimming pool but to reach market place you need to hire scooter from this hotel

Indian food was not there indian restuarant and ubud market is far no clineliness poor service yes room was large but towels were not provided regularly

Food was average clinliness was average hot water i like the most property clening was poor breakfast was poor staff was good but all over average experience far from ubud central market for indians have to go 20 min for indian foods

There was no one available at reception after 9 pm. Even nobody taken care of food no indian or any other food. Even breakfast was not having any menu and door lock to lighting all was pathetic. No fan in room and ac was not col-ling good so it was very pathetic situation. Not recommend at all

Very comfortable rooms, beautiful views, clean pool, the led lights in the room are less but that's okay, it can be easily ignored when you have plenty other things to enjoy. Definitely coming here again for a long stay.

The hotel and staff all were good and supportive and caring too.

The experience was very good with the ambiance and cleanliness of the room, washroom and other facilities. Staff were supportive when needed. Hot water was available 24/7 and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The view balcony was good with view to the pool and the entire property and some properties around. Had challenges in accessing other facilities like stores and super market as the hotel is far for walking from city. Breakfast had verities of food including bread, jam, fried rice, scrambled egg, veggies, fried potato and juice. We did not try lunch and dinner during our 3 days stay as we ate outside before returning from tour. Suggest to anyone planning to stay in ubud and explore the nearby places and activities. If you are planning to walk, the hotel is little outside city and might be far. Recommend hotel to provide bicycle facility for thos who stay as an enhancement to hotel experience.

Third class hotel with poor management staff room service. Location is too far from the central ubud. Intercom doesn't work, sink chokes, fowl drain smell, room wasn't cleaned properly, no lift. It's below average. Don't opt for this hotel as there are better options available.
