Hotel Reykjavík Grand

The hotel is in great location with bus stops nearby . The staffs were very courteous . They helped us with all the guidance and local taxi bookings . They have a massive lobby and great restaurant offering a good spread of buffet . The hotel was really grand and the rooms were very spacious and neat with a very good city view . Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Pretty good place to stay and in the centre of the city. The breakfast was also pretty good. Lots of choices. Did not get a chance to explore the facilities as we were leaving on the morning tour.

Experience was very nice .. I'll recommend for solo travellers. The local kronan shop is nearbuy. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They kept the luggage as I'd arrived early. Recommend for family stay as well.

The room was very nice and spacious. Bathroom had a big Bath tub. Everything was very comfortable. The reception desk was very helpful in guiding us to their free shuttle service to city and old harbor area. Also Flybus has a pick up from Hotel to Airport which was convenient. Our room had breakfast included which was delicious. There even was a counter for Organic breakfast where all fruits and vegetables used were grown organically.

The hotel was just about average. We had requested for early check-in in advance but in spite of havjng room they did not give it one hr in advance. Room was big and clean. Rest of things were quite fine. Little away from city so in a stromy winter you would need somethung to reach harpa etc
