Pathetic room
coupleThe hotel is located at good place but the overall conditioning of hotel is very poor. Rooms are kept outdated. No proper facilities. Torn bed sheets and rugs. In all not a good hotel to go in iceland

Hotel Island- Not worth the money
We stayed at hotel island for 5 days in February. The location of the hotel is not very bad, but decent, you would need to walk a bit to reach the city center in that snow. The room we were given, didn't had a telephone working and they never fixed that at all, when we requested. They never refilled, resupplied the toiletries, changed the towels though. Staff was not co-operative, they just accepted severances, nodded, but never helped to fix anything. Reykjavik is an expensive city, but even in this price, you can stay at Hilton anywhere in Europe, not at all worthy of the price, we paid.
